Rob Claassen is a restauranteur and hospitality entrepreneur. With an Italian family background, Rob’s vision is a homage to his culinary experiences as a child: an Italian menu; Italian chef; and Italian cooking at its core; unique flavours and character that is intrinsically linked Rob’s upbringing.
Aleixandre Sarrion is an ambitious young chef with a passion for food, wine, architecture and art. These are fuelled by an inexhaustible energy and limitless creative ambition. His latest experiences in the UK had enabled him to cook for Her Majesty The Queen, David Cameron, Tony and Cherie Blair, amongst many others.
